19:10 - Call to Order
Attendance: Bob Shilke, Patti Malloy, Bernie Karmilowicz, Kevin Zemejda
Old Business
- September minutes tentatively approved.
New Business
- Bob presented the Brickman offer for a 3-year landscaping service contract. Ernie (lastname?) suggested as an alternative solution for the weekly trash-pickup line-item in Brickman's service contract. Bob will request an alternate RFQ from Brickman with the trash-pickup line-item omitted, and ask D.H. Bader whether employer tax/insurance would apply if Ernie rather than Brickman receives the trash-pickup contract. All in attendance voted in favor of executing the 3-year Brickman contract pending adjustment for Ernie.
- Kevin expressed concern regarding the marking of Woodlake's fire-lanes, and suggested the lanes be repainted. All others in attendance concurred. Bob volunteered to check painting/painter options.
- Bob expressed concern regarding homeowner's with delinquent WCA dues, and suggested accelerating legal action. All others in attendance concurred.
