Attendance: Bob Shilke, Kevin Zemejda, Thomas Murphy

There were no minutes to review from the Annual meeting held on November 12, 2009.
Bob reiterated that Brenda was re-elected as the WCA President and Tom Murphy was elected as Member at Large.

D.H. Bader is determining whether two properties listed for short-sale are in violation of WCA covenants.
Covenant violations were noted for 7373 HLC (fence and bay window in disrepair, and stucco is dirty).
Covenant violations were noted for 7423 HLC. Bob will respond directly to D.H. Bader.
Bob noted he spoke to a Howard County Ancillary Police officer regarding two jet-skis on an unregistered trailer parked on HLC in violation of WCA covenants. The owner of the blue Dodge may have been ticketed.
Snow plowing/removal was discussed given a winter-storm forecast for the upcoming weekend. The Board reiterated its dissatisfaction with the performance of Brickman's plowing subcontractor. Bob expressed intent to continue searching for alternate plowing contractors in the interim.
The new Cypress trees along Cradlerock Way which died following their planting in the Spring of 2009 will be replaced in the Spring of 2010.
