Approved Townhome Colors

New exterior colors for Woodlake townhomes were approved in 2005.
Homeowners may take the color name to any paint store that can color match.
Homes with adjacent entrances must use the same color.
All foundations must be Phoenix (Duron).
All carport roof shingles must be Elite Rustic Redwood (Tamko).
All trim must be the same color. Trim includes facia, soffit, door frame, window box, gable, and upper and lower projections.
All window frames must be dark brown.
Gutters and downspouts should remain the factory-fired color, which normally does not require repainting.
Shingles must be kept free of mold and mildew.
Decks and fences should remain their natural color and not be painted.
