REMINDERS
It Takes the Whole Community!
Everyone, please take an active role
- Mow your lawns regularly (may be fined for not mowing lawns)
- Pick up fliers, newspapers, trash around your home (devalues the property)
- Do necessary repairs to your home (again appearance - property value affects entire neighborhood)
- Park between the yellow tick lines. Be considerate of others when parking. Treat others well - like you want to be treated!
- Keep your children safe and out of the street
- Please ask your children not to ride bikes in the street and on lawns!
- Do not hog parking spaces or park for extended periods in spaces close to homes. When parking for extended periods, park in the parking islands (overflow pads) and not in the premium spaces in front of homes!
